The Morgan Cross Strategy Directors' Forum

At the Morgan Cross Strategy Directors' Forum senior Strategy Directors from some of the UK's top companies meet to exchange ideas, learn new techniques and build valuable relationships with their peers. It is a new and unique way for Strategy Directors to develop and share best practice.

If you are a Strategy Director you can join the forum and attend our round-table discussions which are held in Central London three times each year. The discussions are confidential and "Chatham House" rules apply. Numbers are strictly limited so that everyone has the time and opportunity to fully contribute and get involved.

There is no fee for membership or for attendance at our events. The only requirement is that you be willing to share your thoughts, issues and ideas and engage in the debate.

Upcoming Forum Sessions

We are delighted to announce that the next Strategy Directors’ Forum will be held in central London on Thursday 12 November. The topic will be “Driving Value From Acquisitions” and our guest speaker is StaffanEngstrom.

Staffan is Strategy Director for the Carillion Group plc and is a member of the senior executive team reporting to the Group Chief Executive. He led the acquisition and integration of Mowlem plc and McAlpine plc, having previously been Managing Director of three different business divisions in Tarmac and, on demerger, Carillion. He has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and in the management of transformational change programmes.
