Stuart recently spoke at the Bathroom Manufacturers’ Association (BMA) annual conference, helping over 150 delegates find new ways to develop and drive innovation and growth for their businesses.
The delegates heard Stuart talk about why planning kills strategy, the need to focus on a few big priorities, and the fact that nothing fails like success.
Stuart also shared the results of a survey of bathroom executives that was carried out ahead of the conference, which highlighted their overall optimism for future growth and the importance of customer service innovation to their growth strategies.
